6.3571.0 air-oil separator replacement method
1. Shut down the air compressor, close the air pressure outlet, open the drain valve, and confirm the system pressure
2. Disassemble the pipeline above the oil and gas drum, and dismantle the pipeline from the outlet of the pressure maintenance valve to the cooler at the same time
3. Remove the oil return pipe
4. Remove the fixing bolts of the cover on the oil and gas barrel and remove the upper cover of the oil and gas barrel
5. Remove the oil-gas separator and replace it with a new 6.3571.0 air-oil separator
6. Assemble in the reverse order of disassembly
With the excellent oil-gas separation effect and the various characteristics of special lubricating oil, the oil content is guaranteed to be below 1ppm, which can greatly reduce the oil consumption and energy consumption of the air compressor, and reduce the operating cost of the air compressor.
