Working principle of intake valve:
1) The intake control valve is mainly composed of valve body, valve, piston, cylinder, spring, sealing ring and so on. Its side is equipped with control block and control solenoid valve, which integrates the functions of on-off adjustment, load reduction, noise elimination, pressure reduction and shutdown, etc.
2) when reducing the load, a small part of the gas is released through the small hole in the valve to balance the suction volume of the small hole in the intake control valve, so that the pressure in the separation tank is maintained at 0.2-0.3mpa, and the normal air compressor oil cycle is maintained.
The intake valve can be said to be an intake control combination valve, which has the functions of intake control, loading and unloading control, capacity adjustment control, unloading, preventing unloading or oil injection during shutdown and so on. Its operation rule can be summarized as: loading when power is gained, unloading when power is lost. The compressor inlet valve generally has two mechanisms: rotating disc and reciprocating valve plate.
The inlet valve has two control modes: one is the switch mode, when the pressure of the storage tank reaches the high limit set value, close the inlet; When the pressure drops to the lower set point, re-open the intake. When the pressure of the storage tank reaches a certain level, the inlet is slightly closed under the control of the proportional valve. When the pressure of the storage tank further increases, the inlet is further reduced. When the pressure of the gas storage tank decreases slightly, the inlet will be increased to keep the pressure stable in a certain range. When the pressure does not reach the regulating pressure, the intake valve disc is fully open and the intake port is fully open.
The inlet valve is generally a normally closed valve to prevent a large amount of gas from entering the nose when the compressor starts and increase the motor starting current. There is an intake bypass valve on the intake valve, which is used to prevent the formation of a high vacuum in the nose when the machine is started and no load, affecting the atomization of lubricating oil.
