Take a factory in Jiangmen as an example: the factory uses Kaishu brand air compressors, 22KW motors, and S350 22KW general-purpose vector inverters. Set the acceleration time to 15S and the deceleration time to 6S, and it can still start and run normally at 0.7Mpa (upper limit is 0.8Mpa).
2. The air compressor is not allowed to operate at low frequency for a long time. If the speed of the air compressor is too low, on the one hand, the working stability of the air compressor will be deteriorated, and on the other hand, the lubrication conditions of the cylinder block will be deteriorated and the wear and tear will increase. , resulting in the phenomenon of fuel injection. Therefore, the lower limit frequency of the air compressor should not be lower than 20HZ, and the deceleration time should be as short as possible. S350 voltage fluctuation range is ±15%, high withstand voltage, and short deceleration time, which can avoid fuel injection caused by too long deceleration time.
3. The lower the pressure setting, the better, under the condition of meeting the requirements of the production process. Because the higher the pressure of the air compressor, the greater the required motor shaft power and the more power consumption.
4. All the release valves at the air outlet are closed, and the method of adjusting the air supply with the release valve at the air outlet is cancelled, so as to avoid the waste of electric energy caused by this.
