The traditional permanent magnet variable frequency screw air compressor electronic control system is generally composed of a frequency converter, a touch screen, a controller/PLC and an electronic control panel. The solution takes the controller/PLC as the control core. The controller/PLC integrates the special control logic of the air compressor, collects the temperature, pressure and other signals of the air compressor operation as status feedback, calculates the running speed of the air compressor in real time, and controls the air compressor. Such a system scheme has relatively complete functions, but it also has certain drawbacks:
1. The wiring of the control system is more complicated: the wiring of the control circuit is complicated, and the installation is time-consuming and labor-intensive;
2. Insufficient system redundancy: The scalability of the system depends on the I/O of the controller/PLC, and options such as double frequency conversion and joint control need to be installed;
3. The functional units are relatively scattered: the system includes multiple functional units, which greatly affects the aesthetics of the system and requires the system to have a larger installation size.
