Treatment method for lubricating oil inflow of permanent magnet variable frequency air compressor

1. Automatic sewage solenoid valve:

There is an automatic blowdown solenoid valve at the bottom drain of the oil-water separator, and the automatic blowdown interval is set to 2min and the blowdown time to 5s. Without affecting the normal operation of the permanent magnet variable frequency air compressor, by increasing the sewage time of the separator, the running time of the permanent magnet variable frequency air compressor can be effectively extended to meet the lower running time requirements of the air compressor. After trial operation, the permanent magnet variable frequency air compressor starts to suppress automatically. 4.15~4.40MPa shutdown, the running time is more than 11min.

2. Replace the pipeline check valve and install an oil-water separator:

In view of the problem of lubricating oil inflow of permanent magnet variable frequency air compressor, technicians replaced the well-sealed pipeline check valve, and installed an oil-water separator with high water removal efficiency after the outlet pipeline of the air compressor. The inside of the oil-water separator is filtered with a precision filter element. After the high-temperature compressed air enters the oil-water separator from the inlet a, it undergoes cyclone separation, inertial collision separation and superfine fiber filtration to directly intercept the water and oil in the compressed air. The sewage outlet c is discharged, and the compressed air after water removal is discharged through the outlet b to meet the needs of high-pressure gas.
