Determine the compressed air consumption.

1. The air consumption of the air jet loom.

Different models of air-jet looms have different gas consumption. Sometimes, the air consumption of the air-jet loom is also related to the width of the loom. But in any case, the capacity of the air compressor should be the energy consumption of each loom. The number of x looms is x (1.2-1.4). The main consideration here is the changes in the production of air-jet looms in the future, as well as the reduction of the actual air volume of the air compressor when the temperature of the intake air in the workshop increases. 2. Determine the compressed air pressure.

The displacement of the air compressor is generally 0.7mpa. Usually like ZA air-jet loom P=0.55MPA.

The pressure required for initial pressure weft insertion is +0.15mpa.
