Oil-free screw air compressors are the basic products of industrial modernization, and oil-free screw air compressors are inseparable from oil-free screw air compressors. The customer's use process cannot be affected by household electrical habits. The following electrical specifications need to be noted:
1. It is best for the air compressor to use a separate power system, especially to avoid parallel use with other different power consumption systems. The protection device may jump due to excessive voltage drop or unbalance of the three currents. High-power air compressors should pay special attention to this.
2. According to the kilowatt (KW) of the air compressor, install the appropriate non-fuse switch (NFB) to maintain the power usage system and maintain safety.
3. The correctness of the voltage of the screw air compressor must be confirmed when the power is distributed.
4. The control system has no neutral wire, but has a ground wire. The grounding wire of the motor or system should be properly installed, and the grounding wire should not be directly connected to the air delivery pipe or the cooling water pipe.
5. Under normal circumstances, when the three-phase AC motor is overloaded, the current shall not exceed 10% of the rated current, and the voltage drop shall not be lower than 5% of the rated voltage.
6. The air compressor must pull a wire to the ground to prevent danger from leakage.
